Age Requirement

Customers must be 21 years of age or older. Valid government-issued photo ID may be requested at delivery, and the order may be refused if you cannot verify your age.

Buyer Legal Responsibility

Kratom is not legal everywhere in the United States. It is banned at the state level in Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Wisconsin, and is restricted in some individual counties and cities. Customers are responsible for confirming the laws where they live before ordering. We do not ship to jurisdictions where these products are prohibited.

Orders and Payment

Orders are placed by text or phone at 850-635-2949. Payment is made in person at the time of delivery, in cash or another in-person method. For shipping orders, send payment on the platforms we use and then send a screenshot of the payment. No online payments are accepted, and no card or bank details are ever collected or stored by this website. Prices are subject to change. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vital Blend Kratom is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the products or this website.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
