Inspect Before You Pay
Because payment is made in person at delivery, you may inspect your order before paying and may decline any item at that point at no cost.
Opened Products
For health and safety reasons, opened products cannot be returned.
Unopened Products
Unopened products in their original, undamaged packaging may be returned or exchanged within 1 day of delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Items Received by Mail
If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, text or call 850-635-2949 within 24 hours and we will replace or exchange the item.
Mailed Orders
If a package arrives damaged, keep the packaging and send us a photo by text so we can sort it out. If a package never arrives, text or call us with your name and delivery address and we will trace the USPS shipment and arrange a replacement where appropriate.
